The Impact of Dialect Mastery on the Permanent Migration of the Floating Population - An Empirical Study Based on CLDS Data

This paper examines the relationship between dialect mastery and permanent urban settlement decisions among China’s floating population, using data from the China Labor-force Dynamics Survey (CLDS).
